Selwyn's Seaweed

For over half a century, Selwyn’s has been harvesting laver (edible seaweed) from the shores of the Gower Peninsula - a tradition passed down through generations. The seaweed is still gathered by hand, washed in spring water, and dried with patience before being turned into traditional Welsh laverbread or crispy snacks.

Rich in minerals, umami, and coastal heritage, Selwyn’s seaweed is a true maritime ingredient - nutrient-rich and naturally vegan.
